Our Comprehensive Internship Approach
Leslin’s internship framework is designed around the intern’s growth and development:
- Pre-Internship Preparation: Interns will undergo foundational human-centered design training, including safety, quality, and management.
- Internship Experience: Interns take an active approach to learning and engagement by working on purpose-driven and meaningful projects to build their professional skills
- Post-Internship Assistance: Interns will be supported through a structured coaching model to ensure success.
Interns will be involved in project-based assignments that foster critical thinking and innovation, preparing them for real-world challenges. They will solve problems as they create a comprehensive portfolio showcasing their capabilities.
